Scrapes run on demand — there is no automatic schedule

No cron job is configured. Nothing is pulled automatically. Data only updates when an admin clicks Trigger scrape on a source below. Scrapes run inside the request, so large pulls are bounded by the serverless function timeout — run big backfills in smaller batches.

How data is pulled in

There are two independent pipelines. One needs human approval; the other writes straight to the live directory.

Pipeline 1

Broker discovery → Review queue → Directory

    Pull broker profiles from a firm's public roster page.

    Review Queue

    Each candidate lands as "pending" and is held back from the directory. 0 awaiting review now.

    Directory

    An admin approves a candidate to publish it as a live broker.

Property listings → Auto-linked brokers → Directory + Properties

Publishes automatically

    Listing Sources

    Crexi (paid Apify actor) crawls each market's for-sale/lease listings, including broker contact + phone numbers.

  2. 2
    Auto-create & link

    Every broker on a listing is created (source = scraped) and linked to that property. No review step — these publish immediately.

  3. 3
    Directory + Properties

    Brokers appear in the directory and each property shows its associated brokers.
